Complete any necessary prerequisites.
Complete the degree in four calendar years from the date on a student’s initial registration or may be held to any new degree requirements.
Maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA and achieve a C (2.0) grade or higher in each course.
Complete 12 three-credit courses, including seven to nine foundation courses (21 to 27 credits) and three to five specialization courses (nine to 15 credits).
Develop and successfully demonstrate a range of critical thinking skills to complete an oral and written presentation reflecting the integration and application of theory to practice in MBA 690 Strategic Management Seminar.M.B.A. Foundation
This Major prepares students to become international business leaders who can manage effectively in an increasingly complex multicultural and multilingual global marketplace. Certificate in International Human Rights
More demanding than the international human rights minor but less demanding than the international human rights major, the certificate is well suited to students with a strong interest in human rights but who are majoring in another subject.
As a "standalone" certificate, it is also appropriate for those students with a strong interest in human rights who have completed a bachelor's degree at another institution but who are not currently considering graduate or professional school.
Webster's International Human Rights program seeks to encourage greater understanding of international human rights standards, problems, and solutions.
Offered through the University's Center for Interdisciplinary Studies, the program draws from courses in history, politics, international relations, philosophy, English, behavioral and social sciences, religious studies, and communications.
Students interested in the study of human rights and/or careers in human rights and humanitarian support, study, advocacy, and protection, have four program options:

The major in International Human Rights is the most comprehensive and focused option for a student with a keen interest in human rights.

Each Business Administration major completes all degree requirements including core curriculum requirements, requirements for the Business Administration major and requirements for a specialization in business and/or a minor in another academic discipline and/or course work customized to personal preference.
