Admission requirements International Business at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts

To be admitted to the Master’s course students must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or in a related discipline. Students who do not meet these requirements can make up modules during the first year.

The following admission requirements apply for the Master in Business Administration with a Major in Tourism course:

Master of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Tourism:
Foundation in business: Graduates with a Bachelor degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences who do not have a background in business must complete the following before being admitted to the Master’s course: 6 ECTS credits from the Business Administration or the Service Management module, 6 ECTS credits from the Economics or Business Geography module.
·Basic knowledge of the tourism industry: Graduates with a Bachelor degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences with no background in tourism must complete the following before being admitted to the Master course: 6 credits from a foundation course in tourism and mobility (with focus on business administration). This module is offered only in German at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

Documents required for application for admission to the University in any of the regular programs or careers, leading to a degree are:
Admission application form duly completed and signed by the student.
