PRESENTATION:

International relations from this ongoing struggle for control of markets or to survive in generating standing frictions, disagreements, disputes, approaches, interpretations, quarrels, which have to be solved. Solutions of “differences” that must be addressed appropriately, professionally and specialized, as would an expert on International Trade Law.

Therefore the Law on International Commercial acquiring modern today a significant importance and becomes a strategic factor for international trade relations, especially as already discussed in the context of Mexico in the global arena.


OBJECTIVE:

Meet the current needs of the country, particularly the manufacturing sector and trade in the area of international trade.
Prepare expert knowledge of the economic integration of countries and legal and statutory instruments that accompany and give legal certainty to traffic of goods and services international.

Syllabus

The Specialization in International Trade is composed of a total of 26 credits, of which 20 are mandatory, 3 elective work for a degree, a class for Georgetown and one for class research.

Once successfully completed all the modules and passed the academic degree work will be given by the Sergio Arboleda University and ICDE – Georgetown University the title of International Trade Specialist.

According to the credit system under which develops specialization, some modules are standardized by other programs offered by the Postgraduate Department of Sergio Arboleda University, including the Master in Business Administration – MBA.
