The Master of Science in International Business (MSIB) is a 36 credit hour graduate degree program aimed at those students who anticipate overseas assignments from domestic or foreign companies or who might be working for foreign owned firms in the United States. Specialized international courses in finance, economics, tax, marketing, and management are included as well as the choice of two Culture and Doing Business in…elective courses focusing on a country or region.

Program Format
The MSIB consists of 12-14 courses depending on a student’s prior education. Advanced standing credit is not to exceed 12 semester credit hours, and may be awarded towards the MSIB degree for equivalent course work completed at another institution; time limits may apply. A minimum of 24 semester credit hours must be taken in residence at Walsh College.

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.000 must be earned while in residence - with a minimum grade of “C” (2.000) in each course counted towards graduation requirements.
