Graduation Requirements
The Bachelor of Science degree is conferred upon completion of a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) quarter units. The 180 quarter units shall be composed of 45 courses of 4 units each. A minimum grade point average of 2.0 is required. The requirements can be summarized as follows:

Up to 128 quarter units (32 courses) of coursework can be accepted for transfer credits from another institution. At least 52 quarter units (13 courses) of Major courses must be completed in residency at the California University of Management and Sciences. Deviations and substitutions for the requirements must be approved by the Academic Dean.

International Business Co-op program
The program examines international business issues from a strategic perspective while offering exposure to several disciplines including international management, marketing, finance, as well as international aspects of politics, economics, and sociology. Students benefit from the program’s practical orientation toward the exporting of goods and services, dealing with the challenges of a complex multicultural and multilingual marketplace, and exposure to the legal implications of operating within a global environment.
Performing on-site audits of international standards procedures and implementation
Studying the implications and repercussions of international policy change on domestic and international markets
Local and international sourcing, allocation and distribution of industrial materials
Short and long term forecasts for product sales and competition in key markets

Language requirement: Two semesters of a foreign language at the intermediate level if French, German, Italian, or Spanish OR two semesters of Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, or Russian at any level (if a student did not take any of these languages in high school for two years or more). Credits for a language may satisfy humanities and/or free electives.
Approved international experience: Course-related trip, exchange program, semester abroad, or internship.

Advanced Master’s Programs: financing
A number of solutions are available to finance your Advanced Master’s Programs. Scholarships and various types of financial aid exist in limited number, so students are advised to seek financing from sources in their home country. Agreements with local banks provide for loans at preferential rates for French citizens and non-French students who have a guarantor residing in France. A non-refundable deposit must be paid toward tuition fees on registration.

Application fee: 115 euros
Tuition (for 2008-2009) :
• 15,700 euros for Advanced Master’s degrees in Financial Techniques and in Finance & Asset Management
• 14,500 euros for a Advanced Master’s degree in Information Systems and Telecommunication Networks
• 14,400 euros for other Advanced Master’s degrees
• A non-refundable 10 % deposit must be paid at registration. Payment may be made in six installments, from October to March.

The four to six month internship (from 1000 to 1300 euros a month). It contributes to finance studies up to 40 %.
Advanced Master’s grants: awarded depending on income and revised each year, grants can cover up to 30% of tuition. Grant requests must be made during the month of October.

Upon completion of the international business major, these individuals will be able to expand their careers to the international arena using their newly gained knowledge of international business as well as their skills in the functional area (e.g., accounting, marketing).
