This is two-year program, conducted in English, leading to an MBA degree jointly awarded by all partners, included to the recognized management schools. It will equip you with the international management skills, the command in business English, developed on the program, will aid in operating effectively at an international level.
The previous partners in the MBA Programme, besides CMT itself, are:
Warsaw University (Poland), School of Management;
Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (USA), College of Business (AACSB);
Bergische Universität Wuppertal (Germany), School of Business;
Professors of several other Polish and foreign universities co-operate with CMT on an individual basis
The programme contains of 820 hours. Nearly all courses are case-oriented.
It starts in October each year.
Studies are primarily intended for students who are already working. Although a wide range of factors contribute to the Centre’s excellent reputation, we particularly pride ourselves on the following:
Mutual cooperation of lecturers from several universities.
This type of structure obviously has many advantages. In order to get top marks from both the students and the Centre’s management, each university delegates its best professors. It goes without saying that this leads to constructive competition between the partner institutions. The lecturers come from different countries, which results in a multicultural approach to managerial training. It also creates an opportunity to learn about managerial practices in several countries and compare the views of professors from different universities.
Influence of Harvard Business School.
Quite a few of the professors who teach in our MBA programme graduated from that leading American university or completed research projects there. There are foreign as well as Polish professors in this group, which has a considerable impact on the level and range of the teaching methods used in our programme.

The IMBA offers a flexible pattern of study (fulltime or part time). This flexible design of courses allows candidates to decide their workload and schedule to accommodate their busy careers. However the program also has ample courses and activities to keep a full time IMBA candidate well involved in their studies, either way our program is student focused, giving students’ choice based on their needs.
All courses have been designed around the unique culture and outlook of the IMBA program. We utilize case studies, problem-based learning and group projects, to facilitate an excellent learning environment. The workload is demanding, however upon graduation you will be ready to cope with business challenges on the global stage.
The IMBA program requires a minimum of 42 credits to graduate. Students can normally complete all their courses in two years while they can extend their studies to a maximum of five years to fulfill all the program requirements.
There are two parts to the curriculum: the core courses and the elective courses.
