International Management Master at Internationale Fachhochschule Bad Honnef

Our Master of Arts in International Management is taught exclusively in English and provides students with advanced management knowledge for an international career.

The goal of this Master’s programme is t o educate executive managers for different management functions in companies that act in an international context. The focus hereby lays on international service companies.

Furthermore this study programme is intended to educate what we call “functional generalists”. The curriculum postulates knowledge that has been acquired in an undergraduate study programme of business economics. During the Master’s studies students extend and deepen their knowledge of business economics and their managerial capabilities with the intention to work in an executive position after graduation.

The curriculum also comprises courses that develop analytic, scientific and international qualifications as the basis of Lifelong Learning.

Our Master’s degree ends up with the “Master of Arts” after 4 semesters and entitles for further academic qualifications, e.g. Ph.D in Germany or abroad.

This Master’s programme is accredited by the FIBAA.

International Management Master at Internationales Hochschulinstitut Zittau

The Master’s in “International Management” is a consecutive study program for students with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject, aimed at preparing them for leadership roles in international companies and non-profit organisations. Special emphasis is placed on the distinctive issues arising out of the central and eastern European transformation process as well as the pan-European integration against the background of globalisation for western European companies operating in central and eastern Europe and central and eastern European companies working in western Europe.

The normal length of study is four semesters (two academic years) and the program of study is divided into four parts:
1) required subjects, 2) required electives, 3) electives, and 4) Master’s thesis.
